STRICTLY Come Dancing’s Craig Revel Horwood has revealed he would have kids with his younger boyfriend after previously saying it would be a “step too far”.
The judge on the hit BBC dance show has found love with gardener Jonathan Myring, who is 22 years his junior, and the pair have told how they want to marry.
Craig, 54, had previously ruled out having children with his “adorable, gorgeous” horticulturalist other half.
But it appears he has changed his mind as the choreographer said he would start a family if it’s what Jonathan wants.
The couple spent Christmas with Jonathan and his family – who have “loads of little ones”.
Craig, 54, told The Mirror: “His family are like little breeders. They’re really banging kids out, it’s wonderful.”
“I wouldn’t say no if he wanted to do it. I don’t want to stop him doing stuff just because I don’t want to.”
Just months before he revealed things were getting serious with the gardener.
But he told the Daily Mail: “I honestly hope Jonathan and I will get married. But there won’t be any children — that’s a step too far!”
Back in 2009, Craig joked that he didn’t want to have children – because he thinks the planet is crowded enough as it is.
“There’s too many people in the world already,” he told Now Online.
“The population is just soaring out of control.”
Craig also revealed he felt too old to start a family.
“I don’t have the time,” he added.
“If I was 25 again, then great, but I’m not. I’m 44 and I don’t want to be starting a family at my age.”
In March, he exclusively told The Sun’s Bizarre column that he was smitten with “absolutely adorable” gardener Jonathan.
The star revealed they met via a friend during the Strictly tour and he said he’s “a keeper”.
He said: “He’s absolutely adorable, gorgeous.
“He’s good-looking, 5ft 10in, dark hair and beard. We met on the Strictly Tour a month ago. He came to the show with a friend and we met backstage.
“We went on a date and now we’re an item, which is lovely.”
It’s Craig’s first relationship since his split from his partner of three years, BGT puppeteer Damon Scott, in 2016.
He’s been seeing plenty of his new guy, who trained at Kew Gardens and specialises in Australasian flora, at Jonathan’s home in Leicestershire.

The couple have already introduced each other to their families.
Craig said: “He’s had a long weekend down at my country house, and I’ve been to stay with him. This weekend he’s coming down to stay again and we’re going to a 50th birthday party and meeting all my friends.
“I’m really happy. He’s absolutely gorgeous, super intelligent. It’s a bit too early for the L word but we really, really like each other. This one is definitely a keeper.
“I met his parents last weekend, went out with all his friends and crashed a 50th birthday in the village where he lives. We plan on seeing each other a lot. We have all our weekends planned until Strictly.”
