A DEPRAVED monster who kidnapped and raped a woman during a nine-hour ordeal told her: “You do realise you’re going to die today”.
Malcolm Lockwood, 55, snatched his victim as she walked through woods in Huddersfield before bundling her into his car and driving her to Saddleworth Moor.
He forced the woman to touch herself and took graphic photos of him abusing her in a “prolonged and terrifying” attack.
Lockwood also threatened to cut her vagina with a Stanley knife and went to the boot to retrieve one, but it was not there.
He raped the terrified woman in his car and held her against her will for nine hours between May 2 and 3 last year.
SICK STALKER JAILED
Lockwood, from Longwood, Huddersfield, was jailed for 14 years and six months at Leeds Crown Court earlier.
The 55-year-old must serve a further eight-year period on licence.
He had denied multiple charges of rape, one of sexual assault, kidnap, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and threatening to kill but was found guilty by a jury.
Leeds Crown Court heard how Lockwood had been stalking her on the day of the attack and followed her down a path into woodland in Huddersfield.
PROLONGED AND TERRIFYING ATTACK
Michael Smith, prosecuting, told Leeds Crown Court: “The defendant had been waiting for her or stalking her that day.
“When he saw that she was on foot, he followed and went down the alleyway or pathway after her.”
Mr Smith said Lockwood took the woman’s car keys and phone, repeatedly assaulted her and threatened to throw her in the canal, saying: “You do realise you are going to die today?”
‘SHE TRULY THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO DIE’
Lockwood told the woman to get in the car and he began driving along the M62 towards the moors.
At one point, he threatened to throw her off Scammonden Bridge, the Huddersfield Examiner reports.
He threatened to kill his victim and repeatedly punched her in the face before taking her phone and forcing her into his car.

“She was absolutely petrified during this incident and she truly thought she was going to die,” Mr Smith said.
Catherine Silverton, mitigating, said a lengthy sentence would affect the lives of the defendant’s two children and at least four grandchildren.
Lockwood was given an indefinite restraining order.
The judge also made a deprivation order in relation to the mobile phone that has the abusive photos on it, meaning he will never get it or the images back.
