During the NFL season, players usually have Tuesday off to recover. Players spend it in different ways, but Saints running back–and budding superstar–Alvin Kamara spends it in a way that helps his community of New Orleans.
This Tuesday, Kamara was working as a garbage man in New Orleans. Baton Rouge’s WBRZ he is “making efforts to try his hand at blue-collar jobs around the area each week.”
Kamara even hinted about making a television series out of it, showcasing the blue collar workers of New Orleans and beyond.
Good to see an NFL player connecting with his community.
Best of luck to Alvin and the Saints today!
