And it turned out to be a costly mistake, as Wilson fired the Cherries 1-0 up only minutes after with a thunderous strike, his sixth against West Ham and 10th of the season.

Josh King sealed Bournemouth’s win after an easy finish set up by David Brooks in extra time.
