New Pictures Brit traveller family causing havoc in New Zealand moan ‘where are our rights?’ as pregnant woman banged up for stealing Red Bull complains she’s been ‘vomiting blood’

A PREGNANT British woman who is part of a “rowdy” traveller family accused of wreaking havoc in New Zealand claims she has vomited BLOOD since being jailed for stealing.

Tina Marie Cash, who is seven months pregnant, moaned “what are our rights here” after she was arrested for stealing four cans of Red Bull from a service station.

Her family have been served a deportation notice while holidaying in New Zealand after being accused of theft, littering and causing chaos.

But Ms Cash denies she stole the canned drinks insisting she only pleaded guilty to “pay a $55 fine and leave.”

After being arrested earlier this week, she told the Daily Mail: “I was in a cell with a woman who got 13 years for armed robbery.

“I told her what I was in for and she burst out laughing.”

She claims to be vomiting blood since her arrest in the country’s North Island.

James Johnson, her brother-in-law, says he has ran out of heart medication but is too scared to go the doctor for fear of being attacked by locals.

Ms Cash told the Mail that her family has been treated with no respect insisting: “’What are our rights here? We have none.”

The family gave their side of the story to Kiwi news outlet Newshub, saying they hadn’t done anything wrong during a phone call from the foothills of the capital Wellington.

He said the family felt like “refugees” and that they had been “treated like animals”, while claiming locals had spat and shouted at them.

They are now being deported – but it could take weeks to force them to leave the country if they appeal against the order.

The group, who have stood accused of theft, littering and causing general chaos, have branded Kiwis racist for mislabelling them Irish and gypsies, and say they want to leave but fear going to the airport.

Mr Johnson told Newshub: “We are not Irish, we are not gypsies either. We are English citizens.

We are a respectable family…who have come here, as a Commonwealth country, to see New Zealand, to see the Hobbits…

“I also know a lot of Irish people, and I think they are very nice and friendly people, and I don’t think there should be a racism against Irish either.”

Mr Johnson, the man in the white shirt in the littering video shot at Takapuna Beach on Sunday, was travelling with his elderly mum and dad, his sister-in-law, and three children, aged seven, three, and seven months.

The tourists face claims they trashed a beach, left a cafe without paying, damaged their apartment and allegedly stole a journalist’s phone.

Cash appeared in court where she admitted stealing a four-pack of Red Bull, wire rope and sunglasses from a service station.

He said: “We are a respectable family, we are a British family who have come here, as a Commonwealth country, to see New Zealand, to see the Hobbits and see the mountains.”

The family only arrived on January 11, he said, so the various other allegations of the family acting inappropriately were also untrue.

He was furious with Auckland Mayor’s Phil Goff, who openly called the family “trash”.

“We’re absolutely terrified for our life. This is supposed to be a relaxing holiday, beautiful holiday in a country that you could visit and it all just went downhill and we’re down a lot of money.”

They have now been served deportation notices by Immigration New Zealand, and Mr Johnson says the family have booked flights out of Wellington next week.

Despite being served with a Deportation Liability Notice (DLN) on Tuesday, the group could not be forced to leave for two weeks while the appeal period plays out.

The eviction noticed means they are banned from the country for at least five years.
